Where can I use my membership card?

You can use your Club card at any of our Club Partner establishments and venues. You will also be able to use them to gain access to Zingela Club events.

What if I don’t have a PayPal account?

No problem. When you submit your membership application you will be taken to our secure PayPal payment window where you can add your credit card details or use your PayPal account. By the way YOU DON'T NEED a PayPal account to pay by credit card.

When will I get my card?

You’re an eager beaver. We like that. The moment you submit your payment you will be emailed an acknowledgement that we have received it. That’s when we print and post your Zingela Club Card to the address you supplied. Allow a couple of days for it to pop through your letterbox.

Can I set up a standing order?

Not yet, but we're working on it.

What happens if I lose my club card?

We all misplace things from time to time, but please look after your club card as a replacement will cost £30. But look on the bright side, you’ll make that back with the huge savings our Club Partners offer.

Can I use a nickname on my membership card?

Nope, sorry we won’t allow nicknames to appear on our club cards. If you do submit a nick name when you apply, we will contact you with a request to provide your real first and last name. If you don’t want to provide us with this that’s cool we’ll refund your payment and go our separate ways. But that would be a shame as you’ll miss out on some great stuff.

Can I lend my Club Card to a friend or family member?

Hmmm, that’s a big no no. Your club card is assigned to you and for your use only. Our Partners or person on the door will ask for proof of identification from time to time. If the ID presented doesn’t match the details on the Club Card, the membership card can be confiscated and disposed of. No refund will be given. We sincerely hope we don’t have to do this. Please play fair.

Can I buy a card as a gift?

You sure can and the lucky recipient will love you for it. You can buy one by filling out our gift form.

How do I benefit from Club Partner Rewards?

There are a number of ways you can use you Club card. Find a Club Partner Reward you want to take advantage of and read the reward’s terms and conditions.

The Partner will usually request one of the following:

  • Present your card at their establishment and receive the reward there and then.
  • Contact them with your name and membership number and they will apply the reward.
  • Contact them with your name and membership number and they will confirm your booking.

You can also use it to enter Zingela Club events which we will announce on our Facebook page. Keep your eye out for them as some events will have a limited capacity.

How do I enter the monthly prize draw?

As soon as we receive payment for your Club card, your membership number will be automatically entered into the monthly prize draws. You will be entered each month for as long as your membership is active. That’s right, every draw! You don’t have to do a thing. Just keep your fingers crossed. I know, it’s great isn’t it.

How will I know when to renew?

Your Club card has an expiry date printed on it so you know when to submit your renewal, but we will notify you in good time via email with a little reminder just in case you forget.

Do I own my Club card??

Your Zingela Club card is the property of Zingela Club Limited. Now, with our serious face on - Misuse will result in it being confiscated. But that’s not going to happen is it ;)
